I’ve got The Complete Works Of Diana Ross That I Didn’t Own Already on today and it’s a lot better than I was expecting.

A total rest day today for yr friendly neighbourhood octophone. went to see Gary Numan last night and he was surprisingly excellent - seriously great performer. I knew about 4 songs in the set and they weren't the best ones he played.

Anyway, I had my first small light ale in a while and felt a bit poo this morning. Clearly I need to leave that shit behind right enough.

I wish I had your self control. I decided to have a small starter and quite a few cocktails today. Home and feeling quite lively so time to play some songs and dance until my youngest comes home from his Dads.

The only question on my lips tonight is does Diana Ross wear a wig? I am a massive Motown fan and have been checking out a lot of the old Motown songs and then looked Diana Ross up on YouTube and got a video from this year. She sounds GREAT, but is that her real hair?

It’s incredible. I bought it on vinyl in a charity shop on a whim last year and instantly vaulted into my all time favourites list. It’s marvellous.
