My local park now has a sign up saying it's okay to feed them bread in moderation, because after putting a sign up a while back saying NOT to feed them it, half of them starved to death.

The big park near spawn's house has signs up asking people to feed the ducks bread because they've been starving during lockdown due to the lack of visitors. Makes me wonder why the ducks don't just fly somewhere else where there's food. Seagulls in the area have been attacking people for food because they can't scavenge enough, she says there are signs up about that too on the seafront.

I used to hear big flocks of seagulls cawing and hooting because they were raiding the bins at a nearby quayside development with 7 or 8 food outlets in it. That stopped in the spring and hasn't restarted, even when they were allowed to reopen. I;ve seen a couple of people attacked for food by seagulls, even before all this and they are absolute bastards.

Anyway I went on a nice big giant walk this morning and I've just had a poke around in the loft for the first time in years. I too have been for a big walk. I am trying to go every day at the moment, while I have nothing going on and the weather is nice. Managed 1.5 hours worth today. I'm including steep hills in all my walks, otherwise it's just not worth it.
