@COB I meant to show you this ages ago, but I finished my lego Orchid! Much easier to keep alive than real ones @Rachey

@Star When I was visiting spawn last Sunday there was a vase in the middle of their coffee table full of Lego flowers. I have to say though that your orchid doesn't really go with (I assume) Mr Star's Marvel collection :D

Also good morning 🌞 It's actually quite lovely here, once I'm up we're gonna get ready for a trip out to B&Q (to help facilitate an ongoing project of stripping paint from the doorframes) and maybe lunch somewhere (NOT at B&Q) (because they only have a vending machine that doesn't even do crisps)

A Lego orchid 😍 i love it.

Although my real orchids seem to be doing very well. They're one of the only plants I can keep alive 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm home alone today, first time in 11 years of being in this flat that I'm absolutely 100% alone. Unless I count the fish but they don't talk back to me.

Last day of annual leave - back to the office tomorrow. I probably need it tho' - the sleep schedule is a riot and the only people I've spoken to face-to-face in the last fortnight have been shop workers.

MORNING LOVES

I've been for a swim, dug some potatoes at the allotment and am going out for a FREE SUNDAY ROAST.

I feel RATHER PERKY :disco:

Orchids sometimes THRIVE on NEGLECT.

I had to put it in the display cupboard because it's quite delicate and otherwise little hands would knock it for sure. So the marvel got shoved aside :disco:

The pot of dead turned-to-wood stalks in my living room begs to differ :D

Mr F keeps telling me to put it in the bin but I'm keeping it as proof that children shouldn't waste money buying their mothers plants when mother couldn't even keep a Yukka alive.
