Good morning. I am having my daughter and her boyfriend over for Sunday lunch today and have started preparing already. Other than that I am going to catch up on last nights tv and browse on here since I was ever so rudely interrupted yesterday evening.

Slept in a bit but it's Sunday so bleh. been to the shop for supplies and nmow "The Family Jewels" is on because it's a masterpiece.

I’ve been banging on his door and windows for the last five hours but nobody seems to be in. In any case he was a very boring shag with cheap dessert wine breath and it’s not nice to say it but gaping doesn’t even begin :tongueout:
Also my Pierrot dolls seem to have gone missing and he did arrive with a very large suitcase for reasons which would now appear explicable :(

Feeling a bit ROUGH
Going through another of Japan’s rich array of hayfever seasons, also have some horrid and sporadic lower back issues.

Hooked up with a rather lumpy but still excitingly tall Taiwanese guy from a few years back. I really shouldn’t again :/

Now debating whether to make a video now or just put it all off until tomorrow, really CBA - I had a two hour nap this afternoon which probably threw me off

It's gone super dark outside, with heavy rain. Eating soup with warm bread, listening to jazz and have that super extra cozy feel. Just need weed.

We had torrential rain for about an hour or so around 6am. Apparently it was moving east.

Must check my guttering.

I feel like I am seeing the world for the first time as sun has just broke through two days of heavy fog

still gonna stay inside though

Ooh soup, I should get back into soup
Getting a soup maker for Xmas, which by all accounts sounds like an amazing winter kitchen accessory. I have started indulging in soup in preparation.

@Rachey

I made a Stilton and broccoli one last night. The old fashioned way.

It has turned really MILD here which feels strange as the nights are getting so much shorter.

Just torrential rain for us.

And yes, back to being mild (even warm) enough to go out without a jacket again. And according to the BBC, it won't go down to single digits at night until Halloween.

Is that because of all the ghosts?

We usually get it like this (wet, dark and misty) up to about Halloween but it is usually much cooler. By Fireworks night it is usually freezing here so we shall see.

We have had it down to zero at nights over the past few weeks, but from last week with constant dark rainy days it has been really mild.

Some of you Southerners may not need to crack the heating on until 2023 at this rate.
