First Sunday since New Years' that I'm at home and don't have to work.

So I spent half the morning meal-prepping for the week, roasting potatoes and pottering about in the kitchen. Household bliss.

I've just been to a greasy spoon cafe with the family, because my sister in law who usually only eats in posh places, is currently obsessed with the roasts this cafe does.

Wobbly wooden chairs, plastic table covers and coffee served in mismatched mugs. But a roast turkey dinner for £6.75, I could t really complain.

How do they make a profit on that? I think a tenner more would be the average here.

I have no idea. Most places here are about £12-17.
