At the time I forced myself to like it, since I was so excited about her doing the super bowl halftime show. I never go back to it but don’t hate it. A 6?

I still maintain this sounded like it could have fit right in on RADIO DISNEY at the time.

Which is to say it SLAPS but its a bit beneath her.

with a fuller-voiced Madonna and slicker production, Turn Up the Radio could've been quite good! it's a fun song, her vocal is just DEMO MATERIAL.

but most of the album is shit! I still stan I Fucked Up quite a lot though. I think it's the one really great song from it.

The one where she boasts about hanging the Mona Lisa in the loo is nice :)
Yes and it should have been the first UK single. It had good Radio 2 support
We needed a lush video of the Queen in studio all glammed up, interspersed with footage from her Golden Globe winning and Oscar nominated film W.E.

The only one I liked is Addicted (I think it was called).

It's a good pop song. No it's true it's true.

Unpopular opinion but I think "Turn Up the Radio" would have been a much more appealing lead single for the masses and would have fit the Superbowl perf nicely. I guess she needed a track to shoehorn Minaj and MIA, although they could've easily delivered a verse or two to TUTR. That sound was very 2012 and it was more anthemic than GAYLUV.

I’m a DICK
I’m a DICK
I’m addicted to your LAAAAV :disco:
I'm A Dick, Ted remains one of the highlights of the (WTF) Is MDNA album.

Which reminds me - given the 10th year anniversary of the album also, I wonder if Madonna and Warner Records will choose MDNA to kick start the reissue campaign? :) I mean her current management is so off the mark I wouldn't even be surprised!

I still think it could have been grunged up into her Bohemian Like You, but as is remains abysmal. A drag n' drop from Taylor Swift's rejects. Video was fine.

GAYLUV (Madonna's Version) anyone? :disco:
