Anisimova has been plagued with mental health issues before. I do worry how a loss like this might affect her.

To be fair those reaction shots were just random ones (likely from earlier in the match).

The crowd applauding the crumbs Amanda is serving is tragic.

It's just my opinion. Wimbledon has a history of underwhelming ladies' finals. It's up to me how I spend my money, surely?
 
Again, Wimbledon final tickets are nigh on impossible to get so it's not like I would ever get the chance.

I've been to two - the Rafter/Ivanisevic one when tickets were £10 on the third Monday and the epic final in 2008 ( :disco:) when I was sat in the bleachers.
 
I feel bad for her. I can't imagine how you could come back from this.
 
Iga was solid & of course the title was well deserved but how awful. I feel terrible for Amanda but she played horribly. A player with her game should not be losing 6-0 6-0.
 
I suspect the press will be quite sympathatic towards Amanda, because if it was Emma Raducanu or any other young player who'd just lost they'd absolutely obliterate them.
 
Not seen this match but the score just flashed up on my phone. If you'd said Iga would win this title with a double bagel 2 weeks ago, who would have believed you! Wow. Sabs must be fuming.
 
Opened the tournament winning 6-0 6-0, finishes it losing by that score, quite crazy. At least she lasted longer than Zvereva at the ‘88 French. *Zvereva although she had a very good singles career and outstanding doubles was never quite the same after that in singles.
