I've entered for over ten years & got nowhere other than a reballot success in 2024 due to paying for LTA Advantage.

My friend who lives in London entered once in 2019 & got us both tickets for the 2nd Monday on No1 Court.

I have a similar deal. I apply, mr jyxz applies and my friend in London applies so I get three chances.

I suppose as with everything, the ease of entering the ballot just makes it more popular. But it still took me over 10 years to get chosen with the old postal ballots.

I just can't warm to Pegula. She seems a decent enough person, but it's hard to root for someone from the background of a billionaire family, & her game just seems very solid in all respects, but not spectacular. I think she's overachieved really, but fair play to her for putting in the effort & maximising her talent.

I was thrilled for Auger A to be honest. I like them both but Felix grew into the match and was playing the better tennis by the third. he just seems like a LOVELY MAN too.

Sabs is favourite, but Amanda in good form is not an easy match up for her, as the head to head shows. If she gets on the board straight away we'll have a proper competitive match this time around.

I'm a little bummed by this result because I was so here for Naomi vs Aryna in the final. but again Amanda deserves this.
