Just watching the Super Bowl halftime show - it was pretty good, all the HITZ (though I still have no clue about Kendrick Lamar). Eminem looked like a cinema gunman, Mary J was fabulous.

I sort of love the halftime show, it’s like the pinnacle of American extravagance

We're sending the kids to my mums tonight for a sleepover. It'll be the first time in 5 years we've had a date night

It's still windy and rainy here but after being in all day yesterday, I can feel cabin fever setting in. I need to get out or else I'm going to be a right irritable cunt (well, even more so) by this evening.

Nothing too much, need to stay reasonably close incase we need to go pick them up. A nice dinner and some uninterrupted sleep would be good!

A friend's cat has died unexpectedly overnight and she found it dead this morning. She keeps sending me FB messages about it but there's only so many "I'm so sorry"s I can send. I know I'm an awful friend but she's only had it since November, it isn't like it's a long-term pet, so I'm avoiding FB now because I've already had five messages about it.

on the other hand my refrigerator seems to be giving up on life. SAD!

This might be a bit premature, but 2022, to me, seems like it's turning out to be the best year for new music in a long time. I'm listening to the new Beach House now, and its great, but there just isn't enough time to listen to everything I want to and that I've heard about, on Moopy or otherwise. And I haven't even listened to hardly anything from Eurovision this year yet. Its almost overwhelming how much there is
