WHAT A MOVIE. I'm actually hard pressed to think of a better horror this century.

I saw this at the movies back in the day and remember being on the edge of my seat. Not a big fan of horror films but this was quite OK in that category

The monsters were ok, but the real terror for me was in the claustrophobia of the potholing! The part where one of the women got stuck was terrifying!

Excellent. The suspense was superb.

I remember taking my coworker and a bunch of her girlfriends to go see this. They were not impressed.

I saw a screening of this on Halloween. I thought it was perfunctory and nothing to hype up beyond for fans of the genre. You are serviced what you need and as Atomic Kitten have taught me over the years, it's okay.

Oh but I am intrigued enough to watch the sequel at some point.

I’m sure I’ve seen this, but was convinced it was the film were the plants mimic the sound of a mobile phone ring (which was ‘The Ruins’), so maybe I haven’t seen it.

I almost had a panic attack when I saw this at the time. The scene with the character getting stuck was by far the most terrifying aspect of the film!
