I thought this was mildly entertaining to fine, elevated by the fact that I just really love Robert Pattinson and found him especially charming in this. Zendaya was great too. It's worth a watch but not a must see.

Ultimately it's just too stretched a premise and my main feeling was that:

Had my partner or friend confessed this to me I'd have found it completely fascinating and hilarious, and other than having a LOT OF QUESTIONS and harking back to it to take the piss all the time, I'd not give a shit or act anywhere near the way the other characters in this did.

Like, she DIDN'T SHOOT ANYONE and had more than atoned for it. RPatz's character didn't even have the excuse of being an overly precious American to explain it.

It felt VERY European and might have better suited being in foreign tbh.

Can we have a poll pls @Moderator? That SILLY BILLY @K.C. DIDN'T START ONE

Having not known anything about this, but having seen some DISCOURSE around it, I was expecting it to be much more shocking/disturbing than I found it. When it ended I was a bit “is that it?” Enjoyed it though. Misha was the best.

Added. Formal apology to be issued by end of day (on-screen).

Had really been anticipating this and was certainly not underwhelmed by the big reveal. Never would've guessed it would be something that could cause that much discourse, idk what my thoughts were beforehand, maybe that they'd taken inspiration from White Lotus and she'd wanked off an older brother or something.

Thought they had a lot of fun post-reveal, I loved the flashbacks and the scene where they meet with the wedding photographer in particular was hilarious.

I don't think Alana Haim had any right to be so judgemental given what she did herself, and the only thing stopping this from being a 9 or 10 for me is that I don't think it would have as much impact on a re-watch, going in knowing exactly what's to come.

I was semi dragged to see this and wouldn't have otherwise but I really ended up enjoying this. It was very funny and managed to get to the end without (I thought) crumbling under its premise. Zendaya is great, RPattz is cute again, and the Haim Sister was a perfect cunt. A very pleasant surprise.

I enjoyed this, the chemistry between Robert and Zendaya was fun and the story didn't drag once the big reveal happened and the fallout.
