That looks... boring? I don't think the book was all that, I enjoyed the first half but the second half was a slog to get through. Definitely my least favourite Donna Tartt novel. Where's that Secret History mini series that I crave?

I hope it mainly focuses on BORIS, the gay stuff and the Las Vegas section.

Hated when the book went all Eastenders-crime-underworld plotline in Amsterdam towards the end.

I remember enjoying the book, but the Vegas bits with Boris are literally the only thing I remember about it.

The Vegas/Boris section could have been expanded into its own novel in itself tbh, by far the strongest section of the book.
