The Kate Bush has inexplicably done something PARLOUR

Are we doing anything (ie MORE than she) to commemorate the ten year anniversary of the live shows?

Do we have a roll call of those who were lucky enough to attend?
 
It feels like 20 years ago! Getting tickets was the most stressful moment of my life and I remember thinking £145 was an insane amount for a concert ticket, whilst that’s PERFECTLY NORMAL now.
 
I think I had £200 in my account when I bought the ticket and STARVED for the rest of the month!
 
I was in Lanzarote when the news broke (and I don’t think there was much delay before tickets went on sale…?)

Either way, I missed the ticket sale stress and was fortunate to get a ticket via an equally obsessed friend.
 
Also: it was one of the greatest nights of my life. I went with my dad and it is basically the only time we've felt like we had anything in common

Last seen being OH SO FUNNY with her daughter describing her Christmas dinner as "disappointing" and "irrelevant" trying to capitalise when this went slightly viral around, I'm assuming, Christmas 2022.

Before the Dawn - incredible, once in a lifetime, nothing has since matched it. It's incomparable to other shows.

There was a technical issue on the first night we went which amounted to an approx 20 minute pause during the Ninth Wave. I had a horrible feeling it was all too much and she'd Michael Jackson'd backstage. :(

The visuals were of course out of this world, but I think I was more taken aback at just how powerful her voice was. Literally no-one had any idea if it was shot to pieces because no-one had a seen her do anything live for decades!!

That exciting feeling when you're at a live gig and you think "that's actual [NAME] on that stage!" It was that times a million for Kate, because, well, it was KATE. The elusive chanteuse actually present breathing the same air as us. Incredible.
 
Actually due to technical issues my show started an hour late. Kate performed the full show though well past the curfew and rumour has it paid the fine herself.

I didn't know this happened!

Same for our night. They didn't cut down the interval time or anything.
 
The ticketing was very strict. They printed your name on the ticket and asked for ID on the door. It made for little to no third party selling, ticket touts, and people being fleeced. Essential the tickets went to people who wanted them.

Just goes to show you acts CAN quite easily implement methods to prevent fans being outpriced, they just choose not to, despite all the statements they put out about how they're so against it.

Yeah, I was thinking more on in terms of behaviour at gigs than pricing (although this has gotten dreadful too).

Think gen z filming and screaming along with Running Up That Hill.

Is the only acceptable thing to scream at a Kate Bush concert regardless of whether she knew she was going to be heckled into performing Get Out of My House or not.

There is a rumour swirling that SOMETHING will be announced this month.

In all likelihood it's just another vinyl print with a new, worse cover.

But yes, we've not had one of her vinyl reissues with a fug new biro-drawn cover since February, so it's likely to be that in time for Christmas

La Bush is SIXTY SIX and has nothing to prove or, I would strongly suggest, SAY. Even if she did come up with something new, it would be as uninvigorating as 50 Words For Snow and you’d all be whining BECAUSE NO BOPS OR BANGERS. She’s about as likely to dish up The Dreaming Part 2 as she is to grow a THIRD TIT
