So, the poll contains (I think) everyone who got a mention in the thread (aside from my initial post of the full list, of course). A couple of people were missed as it wasn't sufficiently clear who was being suggested - this was mostly where just a first name was given and I'm not sure which Moopy niche was being targeted.

You vote on who you want to see in the banner.
Anyone not in the poll is therefore staying.

It's up to @Mugatu how many people he can fit into the banner so there's no commitment to a top 5/10/15 etc.
