Yeah this is not the time nor place to play buddy buddy with the man who is helping to fuck over the country I would say.

I mean the Jonas Brothers are 3 white, rich, supposedly Christian men so it makes sense they would lean a certain way.

Stephen Fry kept interrupting CHER on Parkinson when she was promoting Living Proof. I've never forgiven him. I mean, CHER looked grateful to not have to talk, but I wasn't.

His Glasgow dates are being aggressively advertised to me so I think he may be struggling to sell up here. I certainly hope so.
 
Chris Brown has always been a glaring blind spot with the mass public and music industry.

Which makes his frequent complaints about being "cancelled" ludicrous.

He keeps disappearing and re-appearing every couple of years with a random song that is absolutely huge. The last was in 2022 and prior to that was 2020 and he had his last number one in 2018, aside from that he's had over 40 UK top 40 hits since 2006 and appeared on 72 top 75 since then. :bruised:

That's just in the UK.

Well I’m just VERY OLD then because I have no recollection of a single notable hit of his since his very first arrest.
 
many people I know tangentially seem to be at every Chris Brown show. many seemingly smart female artists in the industry openly show support or even collaborate with him still. it's baffling but the man is as un-cancelled as can be.
 
One of my friends (in a job where SHE REALLY OUGHT TO KNOW BETTER) has a huge blind spot as far as Chris Brown is concerned as well. She went to a concert somewhere at the weekend and was posting it all over social media, where she's usually posting stuff just like Rochelle.

I'm due to see her later this week and will struggle not to say anything.
