Let’s PERK THINGS UP A BIT with this smash hit that seems oddly forgotten compared to a lot of it’s peers. Get-A-Way was an instant smash on release, and with it’s relentless hooks I can absolutely see WHY!

The woman in this video is just a MODEL hired to lip sync the lyrics, and the person who promoted it for live performances (LINDA MEEK) didn’t sing the vocals EITHER! The vocals are done by a lady called Samira Besic who seemingly DISAPPEARED off the face of the earth the second she left the recording booth.

Anyway, a funtime classic with quite a DARK video.

A MAXX back to back? Sure why not! This one DOES actually feature front-woman Linda Meek on vocals, and is essentially a rewrite of Get Away - but that’s NO BAD THING to my ears

This was almost as big across Europe as Get-A-Way was, and is a bit of Eurodance FUN FOR ALL!

This bring a hit was GOOD NEWS for Linda Meek, who continues to front MAXX as a live act to this very day.
