Ooooooooh bitch this is getting nasty. Although the fact that a spoiler thread EXISTS is a spoiler enough, but I reckon this will be common knowledge soon enough.

not that I have any sympathy for the creep, but imagine being on the precipice of your career taking off like this then it falling apart in such a public fashion.

Completely agree. It’s one thing to want someone held to account but this is already far beyond that. She did terrible things but I can’t imagine how she must be feeling right now.

You think disqualifying her is too much? Surely Willam was disqualified for less than that.
 
Oh god no, the disqualifying is justified of course. I’m talking about the extreme public vilification, in Lucille’s words. I just don’t know how someone could bear it.

And that combined with the shame she must be feeling. It’s all so public. I can’t help but sympathise, despite how foul her actions were.
 
Of course she should be disqualified, but I imagine the public vilification she’s about to receive is going to be completely out of proportion with her actions, which whilst obviously calculated, exploitative and hugely ill judged, I don’t think are at a level where she should be completely tarred and feathered, and have her life and career completely destroyed. She will be of course, because cancel culture treats any mis-step with 100% severity.
 
Yep, she’s done some bad stuff but other queens with huge profiles & followings making inflammatory statements goading the fanbase into harassing her just depresses me as to where this is heading.

Loads of them, particularly New York queens have said all sorts of stuff today which has just inflamed the whole thing as it mobilises the mad drag race fans.

I mean, she’s been gross, taken advantage of and catfished people. However she hasn’t KILLED or raped anybody. I just think the whole thing seems to be getting a LITTLE out of hand.
 
Extreme public vilification for something which is really just gross violation at most is.......a bit much.

I agree. It's really gross and abusive what she did, but ultimately nobody was physically harmed and as far as I can tell the footage she received from the guys was never made public.
 
Imagine now having to watch this week in week out and just being booed.

He made someone take steroids, got someone to wank off for him on camera. Thousands upon thousands of messages from various people. He is an abuser. This isn’t a little thing. And it’s not going away. I suspect criminal charges will be brought against him. They’ve deleted Sherry from the official social media accounts. I wonder if they’re now going to be editing any of the episodes. I don’t think they can cut Sherry out completely but the talking heads need to go, as do the work room chats with Ru.
 
What kind of idiot takes steroids just because someone they haven’t even met told them to? Not saying it’s right, but do people take no responsibilities for their own actions anymore?

I'm wondering how she thought such serious skeletons wouldn't come out? Surely she knew she was taking a huge risk by going on the show?
 
This reminds me of a couple of friends of mine who started some new woke collective with a few others. Both deleted every tweet they ever made, because they knew SOMEONE will find something and dig it out.

The show finished filming in August/September, and she was doing it as recently as December apparently :o

I'm so confused by the steroids thing - were the guys actually taking them, or was it a roleplay thing as part of the fetish? Grim either way.

Then it should be dealt with properly by the authorities, as it would be with any other case. Social media being the judge, jury and executioner does not sit well with me at all - particularly when it’s being actively encouraged by several other queens of high profile and large followings.

I genuinely half expecting to hear Sherry Pie had been found dead in their apartment today. It wouldn’t have shocked me either. SHE HASN’T BY THE WAY IN CASE SOMEBODY READS THAT WRONG!
