GUESS WHO’S BACK?!
I think Kieran would’ve have been fine if he hadn’t been able to see Wilf plotting against him

I think it serves Wilf right for choosing the wrong fellow traitor.
BUT that was on Wilf really. He chose to bring Keiran on, he chose to backstab all the other traitors including Kieran. If he'd played it a different way Kieran would not have taken that path.I feel mixed about that result - I agree with whoever said it felt like stepping over an unspoken boundary with Kieran's exit. It wasn't just his words, but his LOOKS and reaction to Wilf which everyone clocked. At this point, Wilf was the only one who (begrudgingly) deserved it - and was almost certainly going to get it UNTIL Kieran's actions which only happened once he knew he was going? That feels shitty and very unfair.
But where do you draw the line? I've always wondered what's stopping an angry banished traitor from revealing too much on their exit. I mean what do they actually have to lose?!
I think the round table should happen then banishings should take place in private with the reveal happening on a camera screen, because someone could surely ruin the whole game! And I think Kieran had far too much power in those parting actions.
I guess the only lesson learned is not to screw over a fellow traitor
Still incredible tv. Happy for them all, even stupid Meryl.
I just see Meryl NOT NOTICING next to himSo hard at Wilf hiding and sweating in his cheap shirt

Yeah Kieran was unsubtle but Wilf put himself in that position. People have said Amanda deserved to go because she should have seen Wilf's betrayal coming; you could say the same for Wilf about Kieran
It was delicious. Wilf was forced to take on another traitor, which he never would have wanted to do at that stage. And whoever it was was in turn forced to accept. At that stage of the game, it was inevitable that those two would be at odds, despite the common goal, at least with Wilf in the mix. He was too shortsighted and greedy to see there could be a partnership to pretty much guarantee half the pot.BUT that was on Wilf really. He chose to bring Keiran on, he chose to backstab all the other traitors including Kieran. If he'd played it a different way Kieran would not have taken that path.
To be fair, Amanda voted herself out with the Theo mistake, albeit Wilf fuelled the fire for it.
I agree it's on Wilf - but NOTHING was aimed at Wilf until a final parting shot (of words and actions) that basically gave his game away? Kieran was furious - as a result, he "subtly" tried to tell them Wilf was a traitor too. It does at least bring into question what's allowed to be said and what isn't because this definitely teetered on the edge
So much of that depends on personality though, doesn't it? And production. This will surely mean traitors sticking together in series 2 and (likely) getting a win, before a chaotic third season
Said like a true Jesy Nelson apologist. It all goes to show you’ve never tried to ruin multiple people’s lives, because the first thing you need to know, is never go for someone with nothing to lose.

Sleeper hit!Look at episode two on 25 posts![]()
But the whole point is you never know how people will react, Wilf should’ve known betraying a 3rd traitor in a row at this crucial moment was foolish. I think it won’t happen in a future season because of this.
Actually this is true and does make me think it is within the "rules" - the only people who can fuck it up upon their exit, are traitors, and almost certainly traitors who have been betrayed. So yeah, in that sense, it was Wilf who created that risk. I guess if a similar thing happened too early (let's say 2 traitors went in the first few episodes and the third was revealed Kieran style mid-game) the producers would probably orchestrate a new traitor recruitment somehow.
That said, I do think Wilf would have comfortably won had he not been forced to recruit a new traitor. It's almost like the producers didn't want him to win!
Anyway, not mad, it was a satisfyingly dramatic ending, just a shame it wasn't a different trio of faithfuls
The BBC News website fucking up the finale for anyone who hasn't seen it yet with 'The Traitors Winners on the finale that gripped the nation' making it obvious it's not a singular winner.
They didn't 'orchestrate' it. Looking at the game logically for the end game, there has to be at least 2 traitors going into Episode 11 so that there is at least one in the finale. So it must be a rule that there is a forced recruitment if the second to last traitor goes out before Episode 11.
Bmx boy very shy
In retrospect he should’ve converted Hannah who was already devoted to him and probably would’ve behaved the same.
Yeah but how betrayed would she have felt when five minutes later he made it obvious that he was plotting against HER? I think his paranoid overplaying was his downfall and could have been averted by just... dialing it down a bit?
He's got a look of Louis Tomlinson. No thanks.
Does there HAVE to be a Traitor at the end? I suppose they'd want that for drama but...there doesn't have to be at all...does there?! I think there's still some excitement in seeing a group of faithful turn on each other as would inevitably happen
The example I gave (of the last traitor being voted out somehow mid-series) is where they'd be justified in bringing in a new one, but I think I'd be okay with the last episode being traitor free occasionally. Not every series obviously.
