I didn't love the dungeon nonsense (what is the point?? This isn't Big Brother, and they were all just sat there with fewer people to talk to), but I'd have forgiven it if we'd got that situation where Meg had been banished and the only two people left to be (or not be) murdered were the two Traitors.

They should have just had the four 'condemned' players be told and then have to take part in the day as usual though, like last year.
 
I'd be surprised if they stayed in the dungeon for a long period of time, they probably did the shots then whizzed them back to the AIRPORT HOTEL
 
Yeah when Andrew mentioned something about them having to eat cold porridge yesterday I thought it was weird they didn't show us any of it. Then again, this isn't Big Brother/I'm a Celeb and shenanigans purely for shock effect can DO ONE.
 
Yes he looked a bit sheepish when he mentioned cold porridge too. I can't imagine they were in a damp cell for hours
 
eating their GRUEL and being prisoners, felt really sorry for them, but have been freezing and wet and traumatic.
 
This run of episodes has definitely suffered a bit from the show backing itself into a corner with Meg being the only one who could be murdered. Plus, it happened last series around this time where there's a run of faithfuls who are largely just "there" and need to be picked off sequentially. Zack, Anthony, Charlie, Evie, Mollie, Jasmine and probably Charlotte don't feel like key players.
 
I am SO glad this is back. The perfect reality tv fix for gloomy old January so the later timing has worked well for me.

Paul is so infuriating, and I really just want him to get banished asap. He thinks he is better at the game than he actually is and I can’t wait for the smug smile to be wiped from his face shortly. I don’t think he will last much longer.

Far too much deadwood in this season so far that I hope will step up in the next coming weeks.
 
I must say I am not really rooting for ANYONE and think characters like Diane have been hindered by the lack of personalities on the show overall. I don’t particularly like any of the traitors, and hate how the 3 men pounced on the only female to throw her under the bus.
 
The highlight of this series and obviously anything she takes part in is CLAUDIA. What a woman!
 
Miles is nothing short of INSIPID, but I would never suspect him to be a traitor.

I've got a few I DON'T want to win (chiefly Paul and any of his allies) but I agree, not really anyone who I actively want to win.

I kind of appreciate it gave people a chance to start talking about the possibility of Paul being a traitor without him there. He shot himself in the foot there.
 
If this was an album last night’s episode would be a filler track.

I think they’ve cast too many even keeled similar (dim) personalities for this stage of the show. So far Diane, Zach and Anthony have shown a bit of a bite here and there but they aren’t getting much back to set them off.
 
Diane's arms were tiny and Barry was being fake with the Paul fawning at the hood-off traitors bit, so that will be interesting - he can't have long left.
