One of my friends is convinced they are all in pairs or groups, that the family tree is a reference to it, but nobody will mention in for fear of potentially exposing themselves. And that Netty revealing herself just made everyone paranoid, or that she was possibly a plant.

I don't really buy it. A few of them are essentially micro-influencers who've been approached to do the show, so it'd be difficult to scrub relationships from the web (as we saw from Ross and Ellie's relationship being revealed online days before it was on the show).

Yes, I did think it would be massively hard to hide that kind of thing in the age of social media, even if the people concerned wiped their own profiles.

The connection reveal in S1 and S2 was great as it was unexpected, but now it really is a moment as it's have zero consequence to the actual game. If there's another connection reveal on tonight's episode, I feel this will be a major miss on the producers part.

I’m so bored of the revealed connections though at the same time did gasp at Ellie’s reveal this episode. But then immediately realised it bore no consequence whatsoever.

What has never happened is two connections both make it to the final week undetected. And I kinda think the producers are gonna keep doing this casting until it actually happens and one of them has to take out their mum or something at the final round table. The problem is if you get to a final 5 with two connected like that then you’re basically guaranteeing that family will win. I think it makes it very unfair on the other players.

I also have no time for speculation on connections, but I did post a spoiler of Ellie and Ross because several pictures of them together were discovered.

Tonight's episode though. I'm going to re-watch it, it was that good and ridiculous.
