Plans could include delaying a ban on sales of new petrol cars and the phasing out of gas boilers.www.bbc.co.uk
“Our business needs three things from the UK government: ambition, commitment and consistency.”

It's nothing to do with cost of living, it's because they've failed to invest in anywhere near the amount of charging and transmission infrastructure needed to support everyone going electric.I don't understand how they have equated delaying the ban on petrol and diesel cars to 2035 to the cost of living crisis anyway. How are they linked? It only affects new car sales and if people can afford a new car, petrol or electric, then they are doing ok in the cost of living crisis surely.
For Tories it was 21%, while 26% were more likely too.I fear most of those were already on the left with a 0.0001% chance of voting for him already.
