In Portsmouth (well, south Portsmouth at least), it's the university that has done this. The demographic has MASSIVELY changed since the University of Portsmouth has grown- to the point that we're the only Labour constituency in pretty much the entire South East bar Brighton, having actually seen Labour being a distant third up until a couple of elections ago.

And considering how much those students annoy me, it ENTIRELY backs up the comment @Diddy 🎄 made earlier about simultaneously needing and hating visitors
