Also a surprise that I'm Like A Bird wasn't higher; also Turn Off The Light was one place higher. It's catchier, yet I've never heard it on the radio (nor that song).
Even just from that album alone - "Say It Right" was the true number one from that bag of hits.

I'm torn on including Aretha Franklin - I absolutely love the George Michael duet and it's one of my favourite songs of the 80s, but it's no way a true representation of her discography and wouldn't even be in the Top 10 of her most iconic songs as the Queen Of Soul... not when you have Think, Respect, Say A Little Prayer, Natural Woman, Chain Of Fools, I Never Loved A Man, Ain't No Way... etc etc
