What's mask wearing on public transport like with you?

We went to Cardiff on the train last weekend, and I'd say it was only about a third of people wearing them.
Interesting because mask wearing is terrible in Georgia (a little less so in Atlanta) but when I’m on the bus or subway almost everyone is in a mask

Oh it's fallen off a cliff here in terms of mask compliance. And I assume it would be the same across the whole of England, at least. Using public transport most days I'd say you can almost see the reduction day by day.

WHAT?! That used to be only at certain times when the football yobbos were about.
Yes, that's what I thought. We certainly had a drink back in June going down to Devon.

It is any Scotrail train service here. I think they have the monopoly though?

"we have found that people who are extremely drunk, or acting in a disorderly manner, show complete disregard towards Covid-19 precautions such as wearing a mask and keeping a physical distance from others."

So maybe it's temporary.

"No alcohol can be drunk at any station in Scotland or on board any ScotRail train at any time of day"

What about PUBS AT STATIONS!

It's still mandatory on public transport in Scotland, but you do still see one or two people not wearing them - probably a third or less in my experience, so the opposite of your trip :tongueout:

Yeah the metro here is about 50/50 now.

I have to admit, I've stopped giving a massive shit. I try and wear one but if I forget I don't panic like I did. And to be honest, after having the SUPER COLD I can't help but feel a bit of germ exposure isn't a terrible thing. Just got to trust DA SIENCE to keep me from ending up DEAD

The carriage I am in isn’t particularly busy, but looking around I can see 8 people (1 toddler) and 5 are wearing masks. At the platform before we got on the train I only saw a couple of people wearing masks. I’m not sure if it is mandatory at a train station but we had ours on.
It technically is but most don't bother if it's outdoor platforms.

There’s a bar near me that encourages dogs and I love it
