Thursday does a little Thursday thread whilst not drunk

I’m drunk also and have to be up at half five for a twelve hour shift lol :beer:
 
Hi Moopy. I've been awake since 6am because it's another glucose curve day for heathcliff. I'm hoping we're at the right level now because these curves are bloody annoying!

We still have £120 worth of fudge currently stuck in the Royal Mail backlog waiting to get to a customer in Scotland.

We've had to send it all out again, free of charge to the customer, this time using DHL, and this is now also stuck somewhere 😭

No more postal fudge!!
 
I'm actually still waiting on some letters from Santa for the kids in the post, I ordered them 3 weeks ago. And I've not had a single Christmas card arrive either :o

Although I did realise I didn't get round to doing the Moopy Xmas card either this year :shy: Life has just been hectic and I had to cut back my time in places. Perhaps we could make a charitable donation instead for what I would have spent on the cards? @Administrator

Just been for my annual asthma check. Good news is I've put on 4lb so am now 9 stone 6, bad news is I'm now a member of the high blood-pressure club so they've given me a machine and I have to do my own readings for the next week then send it over to the GP to decide whether I really do have high blood-pressure or whether, as I said, I was just wound up about having to sit in a waiting room of twenty unmasked not-rights all coughing bits of lung up.
 
So our fudge posted on 23rd November has finally arrived in Scotland. Along with the free of charge £120 worth we sent by DHL 2 days ago. So now this lady has £240 worth of fudge and we're still out of pocket 🤦🏻‍♀️
