Thursday is stuck where the trade left me

Just got a customer email telling me that I ‘don’t know how [one of our products] works’.

I swear to Allah, I’m this close to slapping a bitch!
 
But instead, I’m just sending the specification sheet that will do the bitch slapping for me :)
