good MORNING

I have to talk to a lawyer this morning about a settlement agreement my outgoing employer has offered, to make sure it's above board, and I'm dreading it... I just want this sorted

what's on YOUR plate today?
 
I've decided to take the day off. My work is about to go to ballistic and so I woke up this morning, saw the sky and thought FUCK IT.

Haircut, bit of shopping, lunch out and then to find a nice LAY BY to spend the afternoon in :disco:
 
I also need DESPERATELY to actually see what stuff I need for my six weeks in Mexico. I feel HORRIBLY underprepared clothes wise for 33 degree heat. (Yes, I'm bragging...) :disco: again
 
Work has been utter SHITE for the last three months. I need a holiday VERY SOON.

I have to pay more money in an ongoing legal dispute and then I'm hosting an industry piss up networking event later. The duality of ron.
 
I am going shopping with Shannon in a bit to get her some new clothes as she has just started to pop a belly. Then we are going to get our nails done. Oh, and get myself a new handbag too. Lunch and a few cocktails for me.
 
Well lunch for us both, but no drinking for my bambino IN HER CONDITION.

I do wish this weather would last through until October. It really does lift me so much.
 
Don't talk to me about WORK

I've been 'PROMOTED' so now I have to do MY OLD JOB PLUS MADAM'S. Luckily there's FUCK ALL WORK COMING IN and Madam used to do FUCK ALL so it's not SO BAD.

Madam is still doing fuck all as HEAD OF SOMETHING OR OTHER. She keeps saying to me WELL STRICTLY IT WAS PART OF MY JOB DESCRIPTION TO RUN ONE OF THE JOURNALS but I'M NOT GOING TO SAY ANYTHING

Well you might not but I MIGHT
 
I have a man coming to do an EPC rating on our flat so we can put it on the market.

It's currently an F 🤦🏻‍♀️
 
Rang a Pension company and their phone was telling me for twenty minutes "you are number one in the queue, your estimated wait time is seventeen minutes". I put the phone down in the end as they clearly only have one person answering their helpline. :angry:
 
Ffs just done a workout at the gym and didnt track it on my watch. All that exercise for NOTHING
 
if the watch didn't track it, it didn't impact your body at all. that's simply science
 
My morning has consisted of laughing at someone trying to get a rise out of me with passive aggressive emails and evaluating some bids for a new system in work. This afternoon will probably be more of the same.
