After my arse had well and truly fallen out, turns out she was looking for somebody else with the same name.

I get that - there is someone in my work with a very similar name (the difference is basically between Mc and Mac in our surnames) and we get each other's e-mails and all sorts of other crap all the time. Due to the continuous misspellings, I'm sure I can land almost anything on her, if it all goes tits up.

I got a written warning for emailing the wrong Matthew Thompson and telling him to fuck off. One was in my part time customer service team, the other one was c suite.
