I turned my step counter on a couple of days ago, after @Dadude003 's 40k in one day revelation. I've managed 12k on average over those two days, just with my usual routine, not trying to to do any extra.

Quite sure I don't have 40k in a day in me any more.

Out of 11 cruise days, we've only had 4 days on land thanks to strikes and now bad weather.

This means I've had 8 days of eating and drinking 24/7

It was 12 degrees outside just now, my feet are freezing. The lady on reception at work has her space heater on and I've got a jumper, chunky cardigan and fleece on. Considering it was 24 degrees on Saturday this is awful.

We're used to it in Glasgow but peeing it down at the end of May is a bit much even by our standards.

Not from drinking, but some absolute tosspot dropped his metal water bottle (full of water) out of his bag when putting it in the overhead luggage section on my train.
