Thursday was obviously frozen in the bottle at some point.

All my dialadealers have dissapeared of late so I've reverted to the dark web. There is now a way you can order from there via telegram and my god, its fucking easy. I'm so glad this didn't exist 25 years ago!

It's where I get my shit from and it's marvellous. Albeit that I get my friend to order for me and send it to my house, cause I really don't want to know how...it would be a disaster for me. Limiting my access is much better!

Just HOW do people manage to live with their phones not set on silent? Does hearing every DING of every fucking notification not drive them CRAZY?

Somebody was in my office last week who had a sound on for every time they touched the screen! AND it was this horrific obnoxious bubble pop sound.

It was always amazing, but I can do everything on my phone in 15 minutes now. It really is wild.

I don't even like my phone BRRRRing at me. Don't know how people cope with constant noises from them!

I don't know if anyone else is like this but I'm fully bipolar when it comes to work. I can spend weeks where my brain doesn't work and I can't do anything and then I go fully manic where I can't write ideas down fast enough, solve problems in seconds and am so productive I forget to take proper breaths.

Currently in a full blown turbo phase, which is a bonus as lots is going on.

Isn’t that ADHD- adjacent? I have something very similar (though I don’t think I have ADHD at all, so though I tick a few boxes).

Yesterday, literally sparking shit out, brilliance pouring from every pore…

…today? Nah, can’t be fucked. Took about half an hour to decide what Christmas wrapping paper to buy.

Been booked in to do a trial day tomorrow at a local primary school on the day of the Christmas fair. Considering bringing my copy of this CHRISTMAS BANGER :disco:

I bought a new Christmas jumper because I'm that cool :disco:

I'm fairly certain I have some form of ADHD yeah, have assumed that was the case for years. The assessments my special mates have done match my life to a tee. I don't really care for finding out, I made life work for me so I'm all good.

I basically live my life in All or Nothing mode (don't wanna run and I can't walk out! :disco:)

I go through periods of extreme productivity, and get annoyed when I can't find anything to "do" (iguana will testify he can tell when I'm in that mood because I'm annoying and go sniffing round the house like a meerkat and start tidying/moving things willy nilly), and then I'll crash and need to be horizontal for a week.

Unfortunately what it means for long term projects, like... getting the fucking house decorated after getting our kitchen done in JUNE, they just get put off and off and off, because I'm not productive long enough to sort it, and the down periods I can't even think about thinking about it. And now of course we're in December so it's a "new year" thing. I then get brought down looking at my non-decorated kitchen, get depressed, and the whole cycle starts again.

I've often thought I'm probably on the 'tism spectrum somewhere. My friend (diagnosed autistic) put it beautifully where she said she felt as if she went through life and everyone had a manual on how to "BE". How to act, what to say, how to function, and she just didn't have that. That's always how I felt, and how I still feel when I'm on a particularly down day.

Same though, I CBA to even think about getting diagnosed and I don't really care to change things. I'm getting along just fine (and change is scary)

I also love a good LIST and will use lists to literally pull me out of a funk one task by one :disco: I will write the most mundane things on there (e.g. "order Tesco's") but it really helps

Yeah this is neurospicy as fuck based on the lovely weirdos I call friends, consider yourself diagnosed.

I'm pretty sure I was tested as a kid. I remember my parents taking me SOMEWHERE and having to do a few experimenty type things, but it would have been the early 90s and all that was in its infancy I guess.

But as I said, who really cares, I can function well enough to have friends and family and look after myself, so it's no big deal if I crumble inside every now and then! :disco:

This is literally me. I'm on down period atm. I'm at least getting up at the moment, doing basic chores and cooking, but there's a lot of nothing.

All of that mixing with periods of anger, impulsive behaviour, hypersensitivity, self isolation and deep mistruct of others, and then bouncing back and being the exact opposite - easy going, fun, unbothered. They tried to diagnose me with Borderline Personality Disorder but I got that removed, as it happen after a breakdown and didn't make sense half the time.

I'd love to get some definition of what going on in my head, but they reluctant to do it.
