Arent kagoules for the rain?
I know we are regulated by the RCVS but I dont know if all vets are sadly.That's scary! Surely there's something in the veterinary rules about working like that. I wonder if he's even insured. Yes, it's expensive to have a pet operated on but I'd much rather pay the money to have nurses and equipment there with the vet than having my dog die on my kitchen floor. It's like something from Victorian times.

I believe that's only if you qualify in the UK...Since a vet has to pass their exams with the RCVS before they're qualified as a vet I'd imagine they would be.
Hmm I see your point.I dont really see the major beef. Agricultural vets dont whisk cows or sheep off to a sterile hospital, its not that much different?
