Thursday's off to Matlock

If my partner handed me a pair of them he would be KNOCKED OUT with them.

I imagine you're more a high heel hunter kind of girl

I'm an outdoorsy person tho. I'd much rather be out camping, or hiking in the woods and mountains than out walking round high st shops or sat in a posh bar.

Oh I know. That came over a lot more judgey than I meant it to. Nothing wrong with being an outdoors girl, and we all have different hobbies. Would be a boring world if we were all the same.I was just stating that I find the footwear ugly. Still love you Racheybaby!x

I HATE my birthday and HATE buying AND receiving presents

:D

Mr F isn't sad today, I know because I received a coded text-message from him. So I went upstairs and had a bit of fun. Afterwards he asked if I liked the text message so I said he could've just knocked on the floor because I'd been sat in the living room. He said "not that one, the first one" so I said I'd only got one. Turns out he'd sent me a picture of his knob before the coded message but it hasn't arrived at my phone. He's never sent a picture message before and he was talking me through how he did it and he said "I typed in c, then a, saw your name come up then pressed send. As he's showing me what he did I said "but spawn's name's at the top of that list!". She hasn't rang me to say she's had a disgusting text message from her dad so we're both just hoping that it didn't send to anybody. I daren't ring and ask her because that's a can of worms I definitely don't want to open unless it's absolutely necessary.

Oh it's definitely ugly :D but I remember judging women walking up Snowdon who had sandals and flip flops on, or converse. I refuse to be judged by other hikers.

Holy shit Floppet. I don't know what phone he's got but check his SENT FOLDER or SOMETHING

Again, i really should read the whole thread before repeating jokes :D :(

UGH sorting out my loans is INFURIATING.

NO I DO NOT WANT TO PAY £9k UPFRONT in SEPTEMBER.

Neither of us know how to do it! His messages just show up in a line like mine do with the sent ones saying "Me:" on them so hopefully it didn't get sent to anybody because it isn't in that list. I'd have to ask spawn for anything more complicated and I'm absolutely NOT going to do that :D

We're both pathetically woeful at using our mobile phones for anything other than a basic text or ringing somebody. The first time I had to send a picture message my mechanic had to talk me through it step by step so he could look at what I was trying to describe about my car's rear wheel ("you know the chunky box brake thingy that's, like, on the shiny round discy thing behind the pokey alloy bit and then there's that part that isn't shiny?").

Just witnessed my very own Karen moment in Tesco! A security guard asked a woman to leave as she brought her chihuahua in the store. She then asked to speak to the manager and is now CRYING outside claiming the security guard VERBALLY ABUSED her.

Do you use WhatsApp? Even my nan with dementia can use that.

I have got WhatsApp because work use it so office girl put it on my phone before Coronavirus happened and it appears everybody else in my phone uses it too so I'm in a load of group things. I only ever answer things directed at me on it though.

I'm really not a sociable person as far as phones go.

Vet has no idea what Ridley's groinal-swelling is but doesn't think it's anything to worry about. "It isn't a lump, it isn't fibrous, it isn't a mass and it isn't bothering him" were his words followed by "it feels like some kind of fatty deposit". So he's done a needle biopsy and sent it off to the lab to see if that gives a clue. As ashamed as I'd feel about it, considering the strict diet he's supposed to be on, I'm hoping it comes back as "your dog's just a blubbery old fatrops because you've been feeding him too many treats since lockdown". Happy to pay £155 to put my mind at rest till next Wednesday when the results come back.
