If the courts have released the name to the public then yes. There has to be an injunction to prevent their identity being revealed.

This is really not a good sign. The Director General being forced out based entirely on the say so of an ‘independent’ advisor who has, amongst other things, somehow concluded that the BBC isn’t pro-Israel enough pretty much means that we will not be getting any unbiased news from them ever again.
 
The documentary aired last year, why’s the story breaking now :eyes: Seems like an establishment coup to put someone even more wicked in the position. They’re not even trying to be subtle!

there seems to be some pressure on this unsavoury GIBB character, the fourth Beegee, to resign from the board but of course he won't. it sounds like this was also a failure of the rest of the board to properly foresee a soft coup like this or mobilise against it.
