Out now! And, for me, the first Toy Story sequel not to knock it out of the park. Or even justify its existence. I kept waiting for the plot to start and then realised this was it.

Bonnie's a little fucking idiot too. There was too much of her for my liking. And no great new characters with anything significant to do. I loved Combat Carl and a few of the other doom-mongering toys, but they were barely there.

And it committed a cardinal sin of making Jessie heterosexual???? WTF?

Still, it was good to see the characters again and there were a fair few fun and sweet moments. Just not to the level of the first four, which are all great. I was sad a lot of the great supporting characters (the Potatoheads, Rex, Slinky, Hamm) were so underused too.

Could we have a poll please @Moderator? KC's done her usual thing for god's sake

I liked it, but I just don't give a shit about Bonnie and her Inside Out esque friendship/personality issues. She's no Andy.

I went to see this to escape the heat, and I sat there thinking I had seen this film 4x before. This franchise has nothing left to say.
