Ron Jr just called Ms Ron a little shit apparently. Glad I came to the office today.
 
Starting to think we should have been more Victorian on him, bloody hippy parenting.

I have a lovely 4 days off work now. Joy. I'm also currently trying to rearrange my wedding. Not a joy.
 
Having an IT problem this afternoon so I FaceTimed spawn. She didn't answer so I did it again a couple of minutes later. As she answered I said quickly "Sorry sweetypie, just need to ask you a really quick question ..." at which she interrupted me and said "I'm on a work meeting mum, I'll ring you back" and cut me off. She rang back half an hour later and said the other three people on the meeting called her sweetypie for the rest of it :D
 
I am JIGGERED. Found a lovely secluded lake to drive to and spent the afternoon swimming around and frolicking in the sunshine with the kids, and dog. My tan is coming along FABULOUSLY too. :disco:
 
Matched with a hot Argentinian on tinder but his English is terrible. I said I was watching coach trip, but I think he thinks I’m going on a coach trip? Which would be absurd.
 
Also why does my corner shop only have oat milk creme fraiche but not the regular kind?!?
 
By the way, I’m sorry to disappoint but the grumpy Turk in the chip shop on Hackney Road always winks at me so maybe you’re not in there after all. Unless I AM in with Winky McAhmet and can look forward to a whole new world of free fish cakes and a chippy finger or three up the bum :horny:
 
No it’s my local one, I actually walk past two corner shops to get to the one with the flirty Turk! :redface:

Phew. Well we settled on me working two slightly longer days and a third at my usual. However I said I could only sustain this while Mr Star is working from home and can help with nursery drop off/pick ups. Not too bad a result.
 
Just had a lovely sunset swim and cycled home to see the horror of our seafront covered by huge groups of youths not giving two fucks about social distancing, drinking and dancing to music and with the police there but just looking on.

I know this is not a major surprise, but COME ON...

That's good! Hopefully Mr S will work from home for a while. Are you feeling ok about sending them to nursery?

I've just come back from the other side of the island where there was a beautiful sunset :disco:
