Tuesday invades Norway

It's not that cold here either today, though it's about to drop down again sadly :(
 
Walked to the station today and it was glorious. Honestly think I could have done it in just a shirt, even though it's supposedly only 11°c. The sun just makes everything feel better after essentially two months of grey.
 
It’s still pretty grey here, though it’s supposed to brighten up later on. My office is such a sun trap that it’s glorious when it perks up- can’t wait for my first summer here.
 
It's funny how a dry, clear morning chirps you up. Actually enjoyed my toddle into the office this morning.
 
This cold appears to be progressing, I forgot to have my Mounjaro jab this morning and now all I want is MINI EGGS AND PIZZA.

I might just fuck it and treat myself.
 
Random question but does anyone else like their food cold? I don’t mean straight away as I like a meal mostly piping hot but leftovers the next day? I made a big tray of lasagne yesterday and had plenty leftovers so had a cold portion with salad for lunch today. When telling my other half when we were FaceTiming earlier he thought I was disgusting. Thinking about it I quite like a lot of things cold. Leftover pizza the next day is DELIGHTFUL.
 
Oh I love cold food. Often eat pasta type dishes the next day cold, love a cold curry and a cold Chinese.
 
I also love a cold curry or Chinese. I often don’t feel that confident reheating so end up scoffing it cold for lunch the next day.
 
I’m fine with cold recipes being eaten cold. I cannot however eat something that is meant to eaten hot if it’s cold :gross:
 
Yeah if Ms Ron sees me licking bean juice or eating any sauce based food cold she baulks. In fact she did it today when I tasted the chilli before heating it up.
