I've honestly been in a foul mood since coming back from Italy, I genuinely thought I was spiralling into depression yesterday, I've just not been right for a couple of weeks.

Feeling MUCH better today - no work but actually got up, dressed and out. However, the Big Asda I used to go to has really gone downhill in last couple of years...everything's really basic now, if that makes sense - smaller range but the same amount of stock. Maybe I;m partly to blame given that I think I was last there 2 years ago.

Govan. The vegan fridge section has been cut back to like 2 cabinets - it used to be half an aisle.

I was a bit anti-Asda until the big 'un at Goven became my nearest one and it was really good for a while - I'd waddle up on a Sunday morning and would generally find it quiet, well-stocked and good value. As much as anything else, they didn't seem as obsessed with quantity discounts i.e 3 for 2 - they would just lower the actual price. How things change

The aldi there now has self-checkouts though so I have been using that more. Or making the effort to go to Morrisons in Partick
