morning whores. i have a dentist appointment in 6 hours and i am DREADING it.
 
New campervan day. I got out of travelling down to Newquay as the guy I bought it off was travelling to Scotland to pick up his new one. I was going to drive him to Glasgow but then realised that was a shit idea so offered to buy him his train ticket and he said yes. I love being me.
 
Just hope its not shit. Buying cars blind is a big old gamble.
 
I have just taken the rest of the week off work because I just couldn't face it. I realised the last time I had a proper amount of time off at once was back in February. :zombie:
 
Don’t think I’m doing anything today. Might go to the pub later.
 
My teeth are ridiculous sensitive this morning

I’ll be on a liquid diet at this rate :(
 
Morning. I'm off work this week, my first annual leave I have taken in 2020. Although I was off sick for three months earlier this year. :D I have 27 days to take before Christmas. I decided to take every Wednesday off till Christmas (they wouldn't allow me Fridays) - and it's not like I can go anywhere anyway. No plans for today, any ideas?
 
I’ve not been to the dentist for over a year now despite ANGRY LETTERS saying I should book an appointment for a CHECK UP. My teeth are fine and I can’t be arsed to trek back to SHEFFIELD.
 
Just had my first "fuck this" moment with the 'rona.

Took the wrong mask with me and it was one of the one's that steams up my glasses. gave up on it and deployed one the disposable ones that I carry for emergencies or someone else is caught without. Couldn't get that one to not steam up my glasses either. Couple that with the fact that it's really muggy and I started to get hot and bothered (and a bit panicky). I ran my errands and got the hell out of town.

But I ducked into HMV and a got "Burnin'" by The Wailers for £3 and paid the same for a Derek & Clive 2CD compilation and now I feel a lot better.
 
Just over two hours until my second draft feedback meeting.

I am more nervous about this, than the dentist the other day.

I am calming my nerves with a nice dose of More ABBA Gold.

I had a look at that but I think I'm better heading for the "Albums" CD set now, given the prices it regularly goes down to.

Most artists would give up their arsehole for a GH that even approached More Gold.

But yes the albums are absolutely worth exploring.
 
I've just remembered that my dentist asked me a series of Covid questions before I could enter the building.

One of which was "have you been to a region which has been affected by Coronavirus"

What, you mean like PLANET EARTH?

So we're officially in isolation. Little Dannii has a cough and cold and slighty raised temp. Nursery won't take her back in until she's had a negative covid result (understandle) and I can't go to work because someone in my household has symptoms - until I can prove I'm also covid negative.

But can I book a covid test? Can I f*ck. Been trying for 24 hours now, I keep getting allocated centres in Wales or Telford. And now the whole system seems to have crashed. So no nursery, no work for me and no pay. Thank you Boris Johnson.

Please make noise about this though @Star - I still don't think people realise just how badly its being run. Imagine you were a single parent in this situation, it could be perilous. Its ruining peoples lives!

Where can I make a noise? I had a look on twitter earlier and people are in similar boats
