In light of some (likely baseless) Eurovision rumours, what do we make of The Female Boss's 2012 UK chart topper?

I do feel bad about all the shit she got from the press at the time, but wow this has dated poorly, and I wasn't even particularly keen on it at the time.

It has, but I think it was exactly the sort of thing she should have done. It was far more marketable to the mainstream than N-Dubz, but not so far removed that she came across like a sellout. It sounded current at the time, but it was clearly never going to be an enduring hit.
