TV Ratings 2024

That Strictly figure is crap too but as it is still 50% of all viewership on terrestrial television I realise I must start dropping my expectations.
 
The Strictly launch show is usually slightly lower than the first show proper. I'd hope for up near 8m when we get the chart next week.

I do hope so as everything seems to be dropping like a stone. :(

If it’s not football or the announcement of a Royal death tv never seems to reach 10m plus these day.
 
IACGMOOH must be starting relatively soon. I think from memory that got over 10m viewers for the opening episode but would not be overly confident that will happen again this year.

My mum watched it and commented on how good an actor Will Mellor was. I refuse to believe her.
 
I just noticed that won a few NTA’s this year. I totally missed that this year. Would that still be the most watched drama this year @lolly ?

Nightsleeper was also fabulous gripping nonsense if anyone is looking for something to watch.
 
The programme with the next highest % share was Match Of The Day with 35.9% - presumably as it's on late. Only 5 other episodes of shows got over 30%.

Is this the newest season you mean? I believe it has been on for quite a few years but I have never got round to watching any of them.

Another one I need to catch! Tv does seem to be getting so much better again as we head back in to the cold dark nights.
 
I caught the second ep of Joan and really liked it - has Sophie Turner done much terrestrial UK TV?
 
I wonder what was actually happening then as I always thought Corrie was the most watched unless it came to BIG EE storylines.
