Mandelson's point that a lot of Reform votes are likely to be protest votes is valid. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people regret their votes once they show their true colours.

I've noted the shares also. I always remember growing up seeing results mostly where 2 parties get huge numbers and every other party were barely worth mentioning.

There's a lot more variation these days. Which is not a bad thing.
