I'm amazed at how well Labour are doing in Scotland. It looks like they'll take nearly all of the Central Belt. Already up to 18 seats from the 1 they won in 2019. Lib Dems also gaining Mid Dunbartonshire.
 
We really all deserve to see Rees-Mogg thrown in the bin. It would be such a symbolic moment of the Tory party we really truly grew to despise more than we ever thought possible.

I kind of feel like Kemi and Suella are the best ones to stick around so I'm not feeling too bad a about that. They're obviously the two contenders for leader but they're both wildly off-putting to the hinged contingent of their party's voters because they're so culture war obsessed and I suspect the other section of their voter base are gonna stick with Farage over either of them for... reasons.
 
We’ve now matched the same number of serving cabinet ministers to lose their seat as in 1997.

They had a very snappy core message in their materials - don't send a message to Westminster, send a government to Westminster and it seems that this has landed. The SNP took 55 seats in 2019 and nothing changed. I heard many people say that step one is getting the Tories out and I completely understand that.
 
My seat Manchester Central stays Labour. Not surprising, but still a good 5hing.
 
I'm not massively for independence for Scotland. Generally i don't care.

But given these election results, maybe Scottish Moopians would be up for independence for everything from Yorkshire upwards?

If Scotland agreed to take some English, there's no way they'd do so without Liverpool.
