This is absolutely marvellous

Waiting for the right wing nutters to tag him in their socials thinking he’s being serious

Just found out that my aunt was devastated that Johnson has been forced out, and that she thinks he's the best thing that ever happened to this country.

I'm resigning my family name with immediate effect. Refer to me as ZenSmith from now on please

I mean you can't get your head around it from any angle, but is she Scottish or English?

I wonder if Boris realised he hasn’t got the votes, so went to Sunak and said I’ll stand aside and support you if you make me Deputy Leader or Home Secretary (hence the meeting yesterday). The man probably doesn’t even want the hard job, he just wants to repair his ego and reputation. Way more important to him than actually doing any work.

If Sunak has any sense, he'd tell Boris to piss off back to the Caribbean. The man would be poison in the cabinet. He'd do no public work in his position, he'd simply spend the year briefing against and undermining Rishi before relaunching a leadership bid next year. Rinse and repeat of poor Theresa.

Sunak might feel like he has no choice. If he cold shoulders Boris he also has to deal with the pro-Boris brigade causing him problems including constant rebellions.

They're such a hot mess and the only ones who suffer are regular people.

"our manifesto" :D have they not realised it's worth less than a used bog roll at this point?

we are mid-GE here and it has been conducted so teetotally decent so far. they are not even really arguing! thank you for getting sickening for the rest of western Europe

As if he'd ask for a job where he actually had to do any WORK :D
