Christ everything leading up to his speech was utterly exhilarating. Everything since, much less so. Blue on blue violence is so fucking glorious.

Imagine being a gay Boris stan, how does he DOUCHE AT NIGHT?!?
There’s lots of them. It’s quite bizarre.

I got called a ‘thick lefty’ today by one of my former colleagues for throwing (marginal) shade at a mutual Tory acquaintance on Facebook. All gay of course and it is all borne out of anger at the day’s events :D

He's not ACTUALLY ACTUALLY though is he? He's just a sad aging journalist dying for attention and column inches, who's gone fist deep down the troll route. Deep enough that he believes it himself.
A good point. One might make the argument that he believes in this guff as much as Boris believed in, say, Brexit and it is just the most (cynically) expedient and lucrative path to take in the moment.

I know they are separated (albeit very recently) but is NOTHING off limits for Sarah Vine? :D

I'm fascinated by how 'Dan Wootton' and all the weirdoes who stan for GB News on social media talk about it being 'unbiased'

Like, do they actually really believe that, when it is quantifiably not true? I can't work out if it's mental illness, outright lying, or just not understanding what the word unbiased means

I’m surprised Carrie was THERE! I thought she’d already gone.

NO SPIN, NO BIAS - Featuring the Prime Minister's Dad

“But them’s the breaks” MAKES MY SKIN CRAWL

Faith in Emmerdale used that exact line in tonight’s episode. Did that get recorded today and swiftly edited in to the episode to MOCK the departing prime minister or is it quite a common phrase? I have certainly never heard it said before.

I’ve never heard before myself and have no desire to hear again !

I've heard of (and used it) before but will be discouraged from EVER using it again.

Guy on Question Time “the greatest thing that Boris Johnson ever did was allow us to escape from the clutches of the European Union”
