I mean isn't "reading news I agree with" another way of saying "reading news that's factual"? as it should be? if the alternative is immersing yourself in Fox and Breitbart, you're just going to be wading through bullshit white propaganda and all the wacko conspiracy theories that these idiots love. I know we talk about "being in a liberal bubble" but that's also a way of saying "thinking with our brains", right?
Even if that were a good idea, I think she'd still be a few months too young.Just chuck in AOC in 2024 and see what happens![]()
have you SEEN how many people skirted Biden because Trump dropped the S-bomb? when he isn't even close to being one? AOC would be buried alive!Just chuck in AOC in 2024 and see what happens![]()

It really is astonishing.
Yeah, I'm in EST and I'm knackered, don't know how you lot are doing it. Night!

all pollsters and specifically poll aggregators like 538 need to IMMEDIATELY FIND NEW JOBS.it’s less about news and more about election coverage. Clearly, the coverage I read IS wrong. Everything was saying 90% chance of a Joe win, that’s just not true at all. There’s no “landside” here my loves.
You are misunderstanding what 90% means though. That is still 10% chance Trump will win, and also, doesn't mean that Biden would win quickly. The scenario we are seeing is the one that was most talked about. It coming down to Pennsylvania and it maybe taking days for it to be called. The only confirmed polling miss was Cubans in Florida, so far.it’s less about news and more about election coverage. Clearly, the coverage I read IS wrong. I think it will all come down to Penn. I could sleep much easier if Arizona was called for Biden.
90% chance to win doesn't mean that anyone was expecting a landslide. Biden wins if he gets Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, which were always the most likely pick ups. More would have been very nice but weren't actually needed.it’s less about news and more about election coverage. Clearly, the coverage I read IS wrong. Clinton won there. Means nothing.Biden gets New Hampshire! If it is close, that could be significant.

Philadelphia election officials say they are taking a break from processing mail-in ballots for the night, and will post updated information next at 09:00 EDT (14:00 GMT).

I wouldn't pay attention to the betting markets whilst in the thick of it, or really at all. They're also reporting that Trump is now the bookies favourite. Is that true?![]()
No?Wait are some networks calling Arizona for Biden?![]()
Clinton won there. Means nothing.
Oh hang on. The BBC were saying that SOME networks had moved Arizona from tossup to lean Biden.
AGOG that Fox are calling states for BidenCurrent EC votes tally
CNN

95 Trump
Fox

At least SLIGHTLY better than 2016 so far.Expected but big news: Democrats now officially projected to retain control of the House.
And @RJN. He seems like a fine individual.
