It means they no longer consider him a person of public interest. So no more warnings or hidden posts, just an outright ban.

every famous and even semi famous person posting about the election has ridiculous comment feeds from questionable profiles spewing the same old shit

surely social media would want to do more to tackle this? If it becomes the norm it’s going to put a lot of people off
