Rewatching season 10 currently and it was shocking that they had a "ONE YEAR EARLIER" flashback tht showed them talking about the sandwich shop. So the UNOPENED sandwich shop is nearly 3 years in the making at this point.
 
I listen to Raquel's first podcast episode and I'm obsessed with her story of Lisa Vanderpump adopting her dog Graham to use as bait to get her to film at Villa Rosa :D
 
This is next up for me!

I REALLY want her back on Bev though :(
 
Lisa is so different on this show, well it's weird how seeing the cast's dynamic has changed from reverence and respect for SAVVY cheeky saucy girl boss Lisa from season 1 to complete disregard for sundowning meddling old nana Lisa who can't seem to follow what's going on :D
 
I think you can just skip season 9. I don't remember anything notable happening.

Actually everything between this and the beginning of season 10 can be skipped

Already skipped to final episode of season 8 and had a nice catch up at the start of the episode. Might give episode 1 of season 9 a go at least
 
The only storyline I remember of season 9 is the girls discovering their WIKIFEET entries and deciding to sell their feet pics to raise money for Raquel's nose job. It beggers belief that this was a real 'storyline' and not a 30 rock Jenna bit :D
