Was is just the margheritas or were you looking at Wednesday?

(I presume you meant getting professional help, rather than just “what CAN I do with him?” but reading back, I’m not ENTIRELY SURE :D )

I honestly don’t know if I would have survived this far in life without therapy. I used to be one of those “that’s bullshit and a waste of money” but I really think I would be dead long ago without it

Mr Sheena (who is a psychologist so knows this shit) suggests that a GP referral is the way forward. That then leads to NHS Talking Therapies and the suchlike.

Not a self help referral near you? We have one where we can just rock I believe, though the waiting lists are fairly vile.

Also, might be terribly GAUCHE to say but if he or anyone near and dear has private health care they generally have options now too.

Sorry, reading this back it all seems TERRIBLY obvious.
Oh been there done that. Got worse throughout the therapy, so went back to the GP afterwards and got referred back to see a psychologist. Mental health team said CUNT OFF WE'VE ONLY JUST SEEN HIM AND WE THOUGHT HE WAS FINE

Oh! Oh well. Worth a try.

He’s also just added that if this is to do with his physical health problems (I seem to recall he was sick last year) then the hospital often has mental health services related to that.

Otherwise, we’re out! :(

Actually spoke to them ... nurse phoned back & spoke to him and said the critical care psychologist would see him. This was last month...can I get him to commit to it? Can I buggery. Anyway THANKS FOR INPUT
