Well, the Moopy Gay Olympics, hosted in Tokyo, a suburb of Osaka, Land of Fire, have finally concluded with a sodden closing ceremony that failed to live up to expectations. Who knew that Jazz fusion reggae wouldn’t be a crowd pleaser.

long story short, we just switched the lights on and off repeatedly until everyone left. Oh well, lessons learned, see you in 2024. I’m off to hand over the ceremonial jizz-rag to the next host venue, Lucille’s bins.

Ugh why did I insist on going to Harajuku, load of toot. Harajuku girls they got that… questionable style.

I did go to a site of cultural heritage though, that sweet shop where Avril Lavigne filmed a bit of Hello Kitty

I thought I should try some cute street food while I was in Harajuku so I got hoodwinked into buying some
Candy floss, i wanted a little cup of it to take away but the girl seemed to be saying no so I just got it on a stick which was HUGE, and I had to just sit there quietly eating it with my fingers like a prick. It was coloured so of course it was making my fingers blue, and it was sort of sweating and splatting red on my shorts that looked like bloodsquirt. Not impressed

now I’m sleepy from the sugar and my teeth are furry

yeah that’s the normal way but it’s a portable one, like a starbucks cup. I thought it would be better because I didn’t want to do what I ended up doing.

Good morning! I could do with 26 degrees and candyfloss now. I hate that our long heatwave ended abruptly about 2.5 weeks ago and haven’t really reappeared since.

I tried to edit it for you but I'm too shite of a mod to know whether it's even possible so I clicked on the picture and hovered around looking for the twirly-arrows to turn it but there weren't any. I didn't want to mess up/break the rest of the post so I gave up and left it as it was. :D
 
I know it’s easy to fetishise estates but really they are NOT NICE and living on an estate can easily result in one becoming COUNCILLED

I grew up in this SHITHOLE. Yet to hear people talking about it in Facebook memory groups, you'd think I'd spent my childhood gamboling through meadows like a spring lamb.

Strange, all I remember is the kickings and glue bags.

FUN FACT: I saw my first erect cock in that green block of flats in the front. A man I used to deliver newspapers to, who would always be waiting for me behind the door, only to open it wearing nothing but an always open dressing gown. Nice dog, though.

I was given first refusal on a flat here earlier this year. There was PISS IN THE LIFT and I just knew that I’d be dead of an overdose within a year so it was a BIG FAT NO THANKS

Also Roehampton is UTTERLY VILE. The person showing me the flat made a big deal about NICE PLACES NEARBY which says it all. They sure as fuck weren’t THERE
 
My last flat was in this building which overlooks that charming view of Homerton. The flat was actually lovely and the neighbours very nice, but there was ALWAYS piss in the lift!!! What is it about council estates and PEEING IN THE LIFT?!?

I never lived in any of those blocks personally (I grew up in the terraces on the right of that photo), but my nan did, and both my brother and sister went on to live in them.

I have to say, compared to most private flats and very definitely recent builds, the council ones are usually far better designed and more spacious. Once you get behind your front door (and if you can ignore the screams and chain saws) the flats have actually been rather nice.
