Oh REALLY?

I mean, REALLY? I spend my life in the sea as is, I’ve already requested a mortgage holiday so I can do what the fuck I like for three months, and I have more plans than you can EVER imagine already. I might make a list:

1. Learn to windsurf
2. Buy lots of of records, including enough to set up my own little car boot/ market stall
3. Masturbate to ever more disturbing pornography

Thats a month gone right there.
 
I think the current situation might impact you a bit as you can't really do what you want always. But still it's a winner!

But remember on furlough you can't answer a SINGLE work related email. Infact you aren't even allowed to read work emails. Not quite sure how your boss will do that extensive handover he wanted now!

But that’s about to change. Shops on 15th June means vinyl shopping when the weather is rubbish!

oh I know! But I’m also not going to let my successor down. I won’t do a thing on email or with clients but she can call me when she needs to off the record.

Three months is a LONG time, Shee, I have been off since 1 March, albeit lots of mine I was recovering, and after that I couldn't do much in lockdown anyway apart from going out for an hour each day. But you seem to have timed it much better! My advice, stick to a schedule of some sorts as you don't want to end up faffing around on Discogs.com for 5 hours in your pyjamas every day... :D

I was the same till my maternity leave. Perhaps it's because I'm at the end of the second lot, but the loneliness has really got to me. That said yours is a much shorter period of time.
 
I also won’t be lonely, I don’t think. I quite like time on my own and I have people I can fill it with anyway...for the most part.

The only thing worrying me is at the moment Mr Sheena is around all the time too. I’m kinda hoping he fucks off to work for a bit.

I am insanely jealous of course, but I'd only waste it sleeping and eating and drinking and watching shit TV so you deserve it :D

That's great news Sheena! You'll love it. I was off work on full pay for 2 months till last week. Loved it as it gave me time to catch up on my reading and faffing about doing FUCK ALL time. :disco:
 
Though there’s going to be some down time for sure, I’ve also got to make PLANS so I don’t completely waste it all. Though that’s not easy right now...
